During your time at Le Salon Du Chocolat you will first make your Belgian chocolate hollow cases using professional moulds. You will then pipe in praline cream and caramel soft centres before backfilling your mould with liquid chocolate to seal. You will make at least forty individual chocolates that will be packed into lovely boxes and decorated with wonderful coloured ribbons to take home and impress your friends and family.
First you hand mix a variety of cream fillings before piping them into Belgian chocolate cases. Then hand roll cream ganache and dip into milk, white and dark chocolate and roll in a variety of delicious flavoured coatings. Each person will make and take home an assortment of at least thirty to forty soft centred chocolates and truffles. Warning - alcohol, dairy and nuts will be used in this experience.

When bookings are taken individually, there are a maximum of ten places available on each experience. However, you only need to book six places for this to become a private booking.
