Your experience begins with you selecting what you would
like to make from a range of professional chocolate moulds.
These include sweets, chocolate bars and novelty
shapes such as dinosaurs, frogs, turtles,
horses, golf balls and cars. Seasonally, sessions
include Christmas trees and snowmen, Easter eggs, bunnies and chicks and
valentine hearts, flowers and truffles.
Then, using the carefully prepared and tempered luxury
Belgian chocolate, you begin to fill by hand your chosen
moulds. There will be the choice of milk, dark or white
chocolate and numerous ingredients from nuts, fruit, spices
and oils that you can flavour your chosen products with.
Afterwards, you hand wrap all that you have made in carefully
chosen gift wrap and boxes for the ultimate presentation
of your work. |
